The basic rules for using Finnari, wherever in the world you're using it. Written to be readable, not just legally defensible.
Last updated: 10 August 2026
By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using the Finnari app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Finnari. These terms apply to users anywhere in the world, unless local law requires something different for you (see section 13).
Finnari is a personal budgeting app that helps you track spending, set budgets and goals, and stay on top of your money, with the help of Finn, our in-app companion. Finnari is a budgeting tool, not a bank, a lender, or a payment processor. We don't move, hold, or transfer your money. We only read and display information (with your permission) so you can see it in one place. Finnari does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Decisions about your money are yours to make.
If you choose to link a bank account, that connection is provided by Plaid, a third party, and is also subject to Plaid's own terms and end user privacy policy, which you'll be asked to accept before linking. Linking a bank account is always optional. Finnari works with manually entered accounts too.
Please don't:
Finnari, the Finnari name and logo, Finn the fox, and the app's design and content belong to Stacked Global LLC. You keep ownership of the data you enter into the app (your transactions, budgets, notes). Using Finnari doesn't give you any ownership rights in the app itself.
Finnari is provided "as is." We work hard to keep balances, budgets, and calculations accurate, but we can't guarantee the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly in sync with your bank. Always check your actual bank statements for anything that matters financially.
To the extent allowed by law, Stacked Global LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including financial decisions made based on information shown in it.
If your misuse of Finnari or violation of these terms causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result from it, to the extent permitted by law.
You can stop using Finnari and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and let you know in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at hello@finnari.app so we can try to resolve it directly. If we can't, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country or state instead.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Stacked Global LLC about using Finnari.
